I love to roll through airports. Their floor is soooo smooth. I’m a suitcase. And I have been lost during WE CX FY21 IMMERSION. I was hiding something important

I'm lost. Right now I am in a warehouse surrounded by more suitcases. But I should be with you in the FY21 IMMERSION SESSIONS to bring you something important. Luckily I had my phone in one pocket ;)

"EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!" This is what I screamed when I noticed that you were claiming me from the Immersion Sessions. Is it the end of the journey? Really?

I've been told that the vending machines are preparing a conspiracy to escape this place. They want to get away through the "A" gate. I will join them for sure.

I can barely know which day and hour it is. I started writting an "I" on the wall to know exactly how many days went by.

I've been discussing with other suitcases about the "P" frame containing the picture. Some say it means Paris. Some others say it means Party. I wish this warehouse was a party and not a lost luggage depot.

Now that there is light in the warehouse, I noticed that it is a picture of the Eiffel Tower and it's frame seems like a letter "P". It might be a Paris souvenir... I like art but nobody understands an artist

Someone turned a light on the warehouse. I was more comfortable when everything was dark. This light makes a constant noise and I hate it. The sound makes something like "RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR"

I talked again with my BFF stewardess and I told her my story. She gave me her airline headphones because she was sorry for me.

Today I met a suitcase which shape seems the letter "L". I had never seen anything like this. She said she'll get me to the Immersion Sessions. I don't know how to feel about this.

Well... Yes. "A" meant Alarm. I'm back in the warehouse.

I was at the check-in row and I jumped into the luggage carousel. A red light with the letter "A" on it turned on and it started to play an awful and loud sound. I hope "A" didn't mean Alarm.

I escaped again! This time I managed to arrive at the "Y" gate and met the stewardess. She told me that I have to check-in if I want to fly... It was a Low-Cost flight apparently. I'll try to check-in tomorrow

Nobody came to look for me... I'm a bit bored of playing "I spy with my little eye something beginning with..." because all the words I can think of are "Suitcase". And suitcase always starts with the "S" letter.

Today I discovered there is a sticker on my top side. The sticker has the letter “H” on it. I don’t know what’s the meaning of this sticker. Do you have any clue?

Someone has entered the warehouse and has taken a colleague of mine. Apparently, they have found their owner. Her name was Claire, but we all called her C. She was very nice, although she had a weird brand pattern.
