One thing that keeps standing out to me lately is how 𝗮 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱, not just hoped for.
Seeing tokens backed by 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, with floors that 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 instead of collapsing, really changes how you think about risk and patience in this space.

Looking through and updating my balance sheet spread to wrap up 2025 and My GOD!

Absolute obliteration of vested positions held through since last years tax season. Old staked positions like esGMX etc. COOKED. BUNNI locked position - Rugged. The list goes on and on.

The drawdowns from one year ago on dormant positions I was tracking is, as Eric Trump would put it, unbelievable.

There is nothing "investable" about 99% of Crypto assets.

I think part of me always knew this, but there was a deep seeded assumption that we'd cycle into another mania in 2025 and all would be well in the world.

Horizontal dilution of liquidity and attention finally took its toll on my remaining 2021/2022 seed investments and, save for a few gems, the remainder is a pile of dust compared to even last year.

The need for a protocol level value storage solution has never been more obvious. It's what brought me to the Nirvana App in January and what inspired me to join @sid_nirvana in April full-time.

Blockchain enables us to build incredible financial products for the world to access permissionlessly. But at the token level, nothing has been done to solve for trustless value, until now.

It feels good to be on the front lines of a truly innovative protocol. One that trustlessly engineers a bottom line for all holders, and bakes in interest-free and liquidation-free loans while doing so.

The future is bright for @nirvana_fi. Our runway is secure, our product roadmap is loaded with demand catalysts, and our community is steadfast in their belief.

Belief is something that seems to have left crypto in 2025.

May 2026 be the year that we can restore that belief for everyone who's sticks it out through the tough times.
