Thank you for all your support!
It's been an incredible few years and we hope those that attended our sessions have been able to take something away from them.
Our goal is to reach a 1,000 signatures and we need more support. You can read more and sign the petition, the link is on our Bio as well as the comments.

It was a huge honour and pleasure to work with students from @JennyHammondE11 and @Ideaspace3 to create this peer to peer advice video on wellbeing and mental health!
Exciting news alert: 37 East London projects scoop up £669,000 from Foundation for Future London and retailer Westfield Stratford City – including a women-led textiles cooperative, a start-up accelerator and a school creative programme. https://t.co/a7kOWEuSfo

Anyone know of any male mentoring programmes for boys from fatherless homes living in Southwark, South London? Just had a long call from a concerned mum. Had trouble finding anything for him. He’s in year 8. He ticked every box for our programme but we aren’t in London 🙈😳
For too long, women and girls have been told to keep themselves safe.
We’ve worked closely with @lb_southwark on a new campaign that shows men and boys sexual harassment through a girl’s eyes.
Once you can see it, you can stop it!
Please help spread the word! #WhiteRibbonDay

Our last few weeks of our Better Mental Health Project and we've been working more often with an amazing group of boys at @DownsellPrimary and residents at @branches_wfc!
It's been great working with them and seeing positive relationships form.
It was great to be at @JennyHammondE11 school working with some of their young people to help us create a wellbeing guide for young people by young people!
Looking forward to starting this week with Kirsty from the @TheManDen2 and children @JennyHammondE11 on making a guide by young people for young people supporting mental health @WMHDay kindly funded @FdnFutureLondon
Sad news about @TheManDen2 an important service for our community offering up a safe place & access to activities that guide young men into positive pathways. We need to do more to support orgs like TMD if we are genuine about #LevellingUp#SocialCohesion#MentalHealth

.....as we say goodbye to the project.
I want to say thank you to everyone who has attended a session and has supported and encouraged me in delivering the service.
I have come to the very difficult decision that after the our better mental health project ends I will be closing The Man Den down for good due to time and capacity pressures.
We have 3 months left of events so I would like to encourage you to join us at one of our events....
