JUST IN: Lindsay Clancy’s attorney has asked the judge to investigate the holdout juror who wanted Clancy convicted of murdering her three children.

In a motion filed Sept. 18, attorney Kevin Reddington asked Judge William Sullivan to review the holdout juror’s questionnaire answers and alleged cellphone use during deliberations.

Reddington also sought a court order asking for the juror’s call, text, and data records from the deliberation period and requiring a neutral examiner to inspect the phone.
