They changed their mind about it when it was Trump's turn, just as the Senate changed their mind the other way. Elections have consequences and GOP were in charge of the Senate both times 🤷

@DontTellScotto @WilliamMeservy The supreme court has given that to the lower court to decide and it could be appealed of course. You may not like this supreme court, but it is the supreme court and sometimes I don't like the supreme court when it leans more liberal.

The recent immunity ruling is actually precedent, no president has been gone after for doing official acts such as Barack Obama and Bush
