Hey @GabbWireless customer service! It's been two weeks. Can't back up phone? Can't add contacts? This morning I was told there was no estimate for a solve. This isnt' the tech we signed up for. #gabbphone
@GabbWireless It seems that backing up your phone or the ability to add contacts is a basic expectation from the end user. To have no solution or no time line - that is unacceptable.
