A Chicago man who left a stranger with life-altering injuries on a CTA train will serve ZERO additional time behind bars!!
Jesus Ramirez, 45, pleaded guilty to aggravated battery this week for the April 2024 attack on a Pink Line train near the Polk station.

The victim, a 37-year-old man he did not know, spent about a week unconscious and roughly two months hospitalized with a traumatic brain injury, scattered brain bleeding, broken ribs, a temporal bone fracture, ear damage, and a fractured nasal bone.

Ramirez received a two-year sentence.
He already had more than a year of credit from time spent on electronic monitoring, and Illinois law automatically cuts most sentences in half for good conduct.

The result: no further time in custody.
A random passenger on public transit was left fighting for recovery, and the man responsible walks free under the current system in Democrat-run Chicago.

The MAINE DEMOCRATIC PARTY was found to be the largest contributor to a BALLOT HARVESTING OPERATION producing fake ballots, owned by a known ballot harvester by the name of Bernard Talmadge who was caught, along with some of his workers, in Indiana in 2017 for REGISTERING DEAD PEOPLE, PRISONERS, and NON-U.S. CITIZENS, and has also been found to be connected to the 2019-2020 election cycle.

During the 2020 Election, it is believed that a ballot harvester was working to produce fake election ballots in Georgia as well as other states. In the past, Bernard paid people $75 by check for 5 hours work to produce 50 ballots. In 2018, checks were found in Georgia drawn on the account of "The Operations Group," and the "Ardleigh Group," from the Amalgamated Bank in Washington, D.C.

Talmadge owns "The Operations Group, The Ardleigh group, and Block by Block." The Operations Group distributed hundreds of checks in 2018, each for $75.

Independent contractors were paid $15 per hour for 5 hours work if they met a quota of producing 10 ballots per hour. Checks were cashed at liquor stores and places usually other than banks. Checks were then compared and were found to be drawn out of different companies but all had the same signatures, routing numbers, and account numbers.

In the 2019-2020 election cycle, his companies took in $9.1 MILLION.

- The Operations Group: $7.2 MILLION
- Ardleigh Group: $1.8 MILLION

1/3 of the contributions were concentrated from the Maine Democratic Party. Is the Maine Democratic Party paying to have fake ballots produced to rig elections? The evidence points to yes, they are.

$9.1 million divided by $75 multiplied by 50 votes = 6 MILLION BALLOTS.

What kind of massive illegal ballot harvesting, fraudulent ballot producing operation is really going on here, and why hasn't the FBI investigated this and shut it down?

Folks, this is exactly what we are up against.

Democrats play to win, no hesitation, no hand-wringing. Republicans, too often they are paralyzed by "optics," even though the media will paint them as monsters no matter what they do.

Imagine knowing the Biden team left a memo blueprint to flood the system with millions more protected migrants, and then authorizing the sale of five key holding facilities built specifically for deportations.

Picture your grandchildren one day asking, "Why did Grandpa's generation let America slide into a third-world country?"

What answer are we preparing for them?

350,000 deportations paired with a collapse in self-deportations isn't enforcement.

It's an early, polite surrender of the country. We have a choice.

One side is playing chess for permanent demographic change.

The other side needs to stop worrying about headlines and start worrying about survival.

Congress spends billions without blinking, but somehow $750 is too much to background check the staff who work in the People's House?

I call bullshit.

This is a clear threat to our national security. If Congress can spend money on just about everything under the sun, (including $14.6 million to train monkeys how to play on game shows… for real) we can require background checks for House staff.

Close the loophole. Require background checks. Pass H.Res. 500.
