If the mosque is in Haifa area, then you can't tell the difference, but if it's in southern Israel, you certainly can.

That would be crazy if true.
But it's a lie.
If you actually read the article, it's an ID number to ALL children regardless of religion to ensure they're not skipping schools. The parents of those not going to school are potentially penalised. That's it.
