Gold — $4,200 is the level I'm watching.
Capped here twice already, forming a range.
Patience to wait for the break.
Not financial advice.

I've learned that protecting the account matters more than being right. Admitting I'm wrong early has saved more capital than any single correct call ever did.

I used to think being right was the whole game.
It wasn't until I started protecting the downside first that the account actually started to grow.

🪙 Gold. Oct 5. 📊
The recent decline is roughly the same size as the previous
comparable move (~$700), so in terms of magnitude it looks
largely played out at the round numbers.
That said, there's still about $100 of room below $4,100.
$4,000 is the next level to watch.

EURUSD — Watch 1.13000
The price has fallen to around 1.13000, a weekly support/resistance level.
Watching for a pause or correction from here.

The biggest challenge isn't misreading the charts, but knowing how to respond when a trade starts moving in an unexpected direction.

🪙 Gold. Oct 2. 📊
$4,100 has been reached. From here, another leg lower looks likely.
If price does drop to $4,000, that's a psychological level where a bounce would be natural to watch for.
If a bounce plays out, $4,300 is the level to watch on the upside.

USDJPY — 156.50 is the key level.
Bounced off 156.50, now acting as support. A short-term double
bottom is forming, and the daily chart is watching for a
potential inverse H&S completion.
A clear break above 157.50 opens the neckline on the inverse
H&S, favoring a retest higher. A clear break below 156.50
invalidates that setup, and downside comes back into focus.
Tonight: ISM Manufacturing, Jobless Claims, Construction
Spending. More than the numbers themselves, I'm watching
whether 156.50 holds.
Friday's US jobs report is the bigger event still ahead this
week.
🇺🇸 23:00 JST — ISM Manufacturing PMI (55.0 exp, 54.6 prior)
🇺🇸 21:30 JST — Jobless Claims (200K exp, 197K prior)
🇺🇸 23:00 JST — Construction Spending m/m (0.2% exp, -0.5% prior)
