Sixteen years after playing it live in concert for the last time, Bob Dylan and his band finally brought back the classic ‘The Times They Are A-Changin’’ during the Outlaw Festival Tour 2025 in Franklin, TN (June 25).

The 4th show of the 2nd leg of the Outlaw Tour took place in Franklin, TN-a city Dylan had never performed in before. That changed in 2025, and in the spirit of the occasion, a new song made its way into the set: “The Times They Are A-Changin’” - first time played live since 2009
