@AnnLesbyPhD I just unwittingly attended a lunar new year party as a white, American citizen. I never would've gone, but I thought it was just a welcome party for my friend's new wife who is from China. I am so ashamed. What must I do to apologize to my Chinese brothers and sisters?
@joerogan Is great and so is his show. Why are people going after him? He brings on a variety of guests and is respectful to them even if he doesn't agree. It seems to me that the outrage directed at him is undeserved. A very unironic #ThanksJoeRogan to you, sir.
Further, I would argue that Jesus, being omnipresent, is every and anywhere one could conceive of. Perhaps it does not seem that God is in a place. He is. He has been and will be. He does not leave us. He loves us too much. We may not see God at work, but He is.
A large number of people seem to be rather preoccupied with pointing out and condemning all of the places they think Jesus is not present. I have decided that I am far more interested in pointing out the places in which Jesus IS present.
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way, though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains tremble at its swelling. Psalm 46:1-3
