In 2009 when I left formal employment, I was in the streets hustling, networking, attending every other event where entrepreneurs and politicians would be.

In 2014 when we embarked on a journey to OWN THE BANK, eNL Mutual Bank, it required me to be in the office, lots of admin (compliance and regulatory), I chose to focus on it fully, utilizing TV, Radio and Print media to advertise.

The past 12 years required a certain level of commitment and strategy, in the office.

Now that we know what we’re doing, have a solid team, eNL Mutual Bank requires me back to the streets.

This time, the strategy is totally different, it’s not the 2009 streets nor the events where entrepreneurs and politicians are, this time it requires immersing myself within communities.

Our communities that will OWN THE BANK and OWN SPAZA SHOPS. We need to work the ground, it’s a calling I’ve accepted.
