@onepeloton has really gone down in since our first bike 7 years ago. Purchased a 2nd bike and delivery continues to be delayed because of lack of parts. Called @onepeloton support last night and was told there is nothing they can do. Probably time to look for another bike brand

@TMobileHelp Do not believe @TMobile they won’t help here, take your business elsewhere. They just want to get the conversation out of the public light. I have been told me weeks I would get a call but never do.

@TMobile is a fraud of a company, they quoted us one price for 5 phones in writing then switched the price last minute in the final contract which I never read since I trusted them. Now stuck paying $30 per phone, 6 years of being a customer and we will switch after contract

@TMobileHelp I have had an invsstigation opened for 3 weeks and was told I would get a call back in 48 hours. Was even told to stop my auto pay which is another scam because now my monthly balance is adding up and still no phone call. We are looking into switching cell providers
