@GoogleMyBiz Still no response from Google Business support after 6 weeks of our client's business profile being suspended & then reinstated with 203 missing reviews & our address location put on the wrong spot in the map. All we get is auto responses saying "everything is fine. Don't reply"

[M is Good @theMisgood]

@GoogleMyBiz Awaiting your response Gia.

[M is Good @theMisgood]

@GoogleMyBiz Your messages aren't helpful - you keep saying to go back to the email when the email keeps autoreplying that everything is fine and no one is actually READING what we are saying.

[M is Good @theMisgood]

@GoogleMyBiz Hello our client continues to lose money every day because Google won't return our almost 900 reviews - see their response below - this is BEYOND FRUSTRATING.

[M is Good @theMisgood]

@GoogleSmallBiz try & fix this, the map still shows the old location and we arent anywhere closer to restoring our reviews & our business-which was faltered for the past 5 weeks because Google decided to suspend our profile without cause. PLEASE HELP ASAP - Google needs a real support department

@GoogleSmallBiz put in the right address during the verification call with a live support staff (422 Saint Marys Street, Raleigh NC - Suite 2) we were placed on the map in a completely different part of the city at 422 SOUTH Saint Marys Street, Raleigh NC. Even though we updated the address to

@GoogleMyBiz Hello our client's GMB was taken down for no reason, and we spent 4 weeks trying to reverify until we were able to get a live video review. We were approved last week and our client's 900+ reviews have disappeared. Can you help? Your support email isn't responding.

[M is Good @theMisgood]

@GoogleMyBiz The business is A Carolina Locksmith - I've submitted the case ID's via DM if you can take a look. All the information is there. Here is the Business ID: 3879602622391997978

[M is Good @theMisgood]

@GoogleMyBiz The issue is the AI system u use is sayin the video isnt at the location in the GMB address even tho we clearly record the street sign intersection that matches the street view on Google Maps of the location & show the building+the logo. Yet its denied bcuz of location mismatch?

[M is Good @theMisgood]

@GoogleMyBiz @GoogleMyBiz Thats not true. I was able to submit a second appeal using this form https://t.co/x4UxU3hiat & the profile was reinstated except now were having trouble with the verification video. We submitted a support request 20 times & get an AI reply. Can we speak to a human?

[M is Good @theMisgood]

@GoogleMyBiz @sureslope We are having the same issue. Can we please get on the phone with someone who can actually tell people what the problem is so they can fix it? You are ruining people's livelihoods with an AI tool that doesn't know how to do its job.

@David_N_Frank @rowancheung needs a lot of work

[M is Good @theMisgood]

@rowancheung This is nowhere near Sora's level. They seem to have cherry-picked videos to showcase, because all the tests I have run look just like the video creators that have been out for a year now.
