Rangers yesterday introduced ’Rangers READY’ the new youth development initiative

This will see seven new youth training centres opened in Aberdeen, Ayr, Dundee, Edinburgh, Forth Valley, Glasgow and Lanarkshire

This will welcome children from 6-11 in ten week blocks in an attempt to let the youngest generation play

- No Rangers badges, take the pressure away and make it fun
- No kids will be released, wrong message at that young age
- Will be welcomed back to later blocks
- Same coaching levels and branding throughout the centres
- Master the body, Master the ball, Master the opponent, Master the situation
- An attempt to harness the best youths throughout the country
- The next step in our academy building
