@FightHaven Sure the officer got the better hand with some help probably would have without it. The officer got popped in the head multiple times before taking control. This may seem alien to most people but a martial artist doesn't get hit like that.

@FightHaven Police need serious training. The desperation to fill slots is scary. A 125 lb police officer.. male or female should have no problem taking on an average 250 lb man. Weaponless at that. Physical skills from accredited martial arts schools need to be required.
