@VinnysCorner1 First, we need to define Blue Blood. UCLA certainly feels like they should be a Blue Blood, Bud have been largely irrelevant for the past 50 years. UConn had was a nobody until the '90's, but over the past 25 or so years have an argument as the premier program.
