@ChrisBorkent I was wo dering if you could tell me if this is a cicada killer maybe? I am in kelowna bc and i cant find if they live here or not. I am like 99.9% sure it is one. It was about two maybe three inches long. I've never seen anything like it around here

@Vegan_Yoda @WSDAgov I have many insects and animal photos from the okanagan in bc canada, but a lot of them are also found in washington state. I found psuedo scorpions yesterday and I know a spot where I find 1000s of actual scorpions near a city called summerland.

@Vegan_Yoda I found this just north of washington state in british columbia. Like on the border literally biting it a cicada killer maybe? I tried to I'd it but it looks different than all of them lol This wasp was the length and size of a bic lighter. He has a black head though

@WhiteRockRCMP really cool but fires on beaches should be fine. One of the safest places to have a fire. I have never seen a beach fire burn down the beach.
