@DelightDaniTV Also make sure that you look into self defense insurance from a company like USCCA. This could protect you from some unwanted consequences like possibly being jailed after the fact. Not saying it'll happen, but better to have and not need than to need and not have.

@ElectricHusky23 One last thing to add. I would unplug any and all USBs you might have plugged in and give it about 30 minutes to an hour. Sometimes Win10 is stupid slow.

@ElectricHusky23 Okay so what you'll need to do is try to restart it one more time. If it gets stuck in the loop again, you're going to restart a third time. After the third time if it doesn't launch into start up repair you'll either need to look up your model of laptop on your phone and...
