It is easy to deny things, but what @volker_turk said is 1000% true. Everyone in Uganda is living in fear right now. There is no free speech or freedom in general. TV stations, radio stations are being banned and closed down journalists are jailed whenever they criticize the government. Besigye is rotting in jail like a fallen fruit, along with others. @adoniaayebare should not deny anything unless he is also afraid that telling the truth will get him arrested and thrown in jail.

Rwanda for 30 years and more has been in Congo “fighting”those armed groups. Most of the time carrying out joint operations with Kabila’s army. If they have not neutralized them for 30 years how do they expect Congo to neutralize them in 6 months. Besides, have the Washington Agreement specify or define “Neutralization” process. Is it Rwanda to evaluate the process and approve?

I have been loud about how #PaulKagame is the most corrupt president Africa has ever seen in the 21st century. Kagame is said to be worth $500 million or 3% of Rwanda’s GDP. He came from Uganda 30 years ago with nothing in his name. No wonder when recruiting fighters he told them to go to Rwanda to get rich, as they would never be rich in Uganda.

Ce n’est pas a ministre celui là c’ est un voyous. C’est un soi-disant ministre. Le travail d’ un ministre consiste à diriger tout le monde, pas à diviser la population: c’est un ministre des Divisions.
Lorsqu’un individu prête serment en tant que ministre du Cabinet, il accepte un mandat sacré : servir l’ensemble des citoyens, sans distinction d’origine, d’identité ou d’affiliation politique. Le titre d’« Honorable » n’est pas un simple titre honorifique ; c’est une norme de conduite.
Malheureusement, lorsqu’un responsable public utilise sa tribune pour amplifier les divisions, fomenter les préjugés et publier du contenu qui rappelle la ségrégation de l’époque de l’apartheid, il échoue au test fondamental du leadership.
Le leadership exige :
* L’unification plutôt que la polarisation : Jeter des ponts, résoudre les conflits et rassembler les gens.
* L’intégrité publique : Incarné la dignité de la fonction, tant dans les politiques menées que dans la communication publique.
* Une représentation équitable : Servir chaque citoyen avec équité, plutôt que d’aliéner des pans entiers de la population.
Lorsqu’un dirigeant dégrade activement la confiance du public et sape la cohésion sociale, cela cesse d’être une question d’opinion personnelle : cela devient une question de gouvernance. Quiconque ne peut unir le peuple qu’il a la charge de servir et qui, au contraire, sème délibérément la division, a perdu l’autorité morale et pratique requise pour son rôle.
Pour l’intégrité du gouvernement et le bien-être de la population, les dirigeants doivent rendre des comptes. Le moment est venu de changer de direction.
