@EcoShieldPest One of your techs in Houston doing a “free inspection” for mice in my mother’s attic caused damage to the ceiling, and local management refuses to take responsibility for repairing it. She’s been a regular customer for years. Can someone pls reach out to me ASAP?
@Chase 2 mortgage payments were mistakenly withdrawn from my bank account in Sept., then another in Oct. Chase CS is saying I have to wait till the end of Oct. to submit a monthly bank statement for proof to start a refund…this can’t be right. Can someone please reach out?
@RingCentralCare Hey RC. Was able to get a hold of support, where they refused to downgrade the number of users on two of my eight accounts, citing contractual agreements. Went ahead and closed 6/8 accounts and will close the other 2 once eligible. Lost a long term paying customer.

@WyndhamHotels I unknowingly booked via third party website mirroring a Wyndham Hotels site. Once I realized, I booked a second reservation directly through Wyndham, and need help canceling the first reservation. Please help!
@SafetyKleen what do i have to do to get a hold of someone on this continent regarding a billing issue? i have called the overseas customer service line twice over 3 weeks and have not gotten a call back from anyone regarding my billing issue.
@westelm Dropping the ball a lot the past year with shipment delays and incomplete items delivered. Now, pieces ordered yesterday that were “in stock” and ready to ship have been delayed a month for delivery.
It feels immoral to take our money then bait & switch the next day.
