Money was reserved on 15 Sept as u can see below, and my balance decreased, where did the reserved money go if u had to take again now on 9 Feb 2025. Both times balance decreased.

2. Why is this transaction not showing on my statement?
3. R1777 was reserved for purchase on 15 Sept 24 and that money was deducted from my account . Where did the reserved amount go if u took another R1777 in February 2025.

After R1777 had been taken from my account. Then when I reported a fraud case, you say it's a transaction I did last year September. I have the following questions?
1. Last year I bought things from Fashion choice not Mac and things. Why is it showing Mac n things now?
