This is India building a refinery at large oil and gas exporting port. This isn't making America great, this is helping India

@prateekonline @WhiteHouse Only to the extent that gas is a global commodity. Increasing global supply will impact global price but given the size of this refinery it won't move the needle much from that standpoint.
