IOWA CITY: video sent to me by an anonymous student shows University Of Iowa Police pulling a them out of a final exam to give them a criminal trespass warning for “all outdoor university property” for allegedly protesting Monday morning. Protestors left when told to by cops.

Those who anonymously reached out to me are saying UIPD’s Lieutenant Travis Tyrrell was one of the officers that opened the door to a home without knocking to attempt to serve an alleged protestor a trespass warning. Officer Adam Herrig also visited community members homes.
