I recently replied to a post about someone losing their spark. I'm sharing my 5 starter tips on how to improve your life and even get your spark back, and better. Maybe there are things you do without realizing how they affect you.
Here is what I do daily...
1. Start every day with gratefulness/ gratitude. It only takes a moment to be grateful, and this practice makes my day SO much better. When you wake up, tell yourself what you're grateful for. Go crazy and list everything that comes to mind. You can do this in bed, in the shower, brushing your teeth, etc. (this is especially great to do through prayer)
2. Chug a boatload of water/electrolytes ASAP and before you get any coffee in. Being hydrated makes everything else so much better, and you can think clearer. Personally, I feel like my coffee does a better job for me when I'm hydrated.
3. Read/do something positive / work on a skill for myself (maybe a book or a skill, or the gym) anything, just do something for yourself. It's preferred not to read on your phone if you don't have to. Limit phone exposure as much as you can in the morning before the craziness of the world comes for you. There is too much negativity on social media and there are studies showing that early morning and late evening phone exposure greatly effects mood, sleep, and cognitive ability. I'm learning Italian, improving my day trading, and perfecting my chess game, just to name a few.
4. Eat something healthy and filling. Fruits are good for energy along with eggs and a tablespoon of honey. Raw honey is magic.
5. Get a LOT of vitamin D. Check to see if you are vitamin D deficient. I found out this was an issue for me, and the supplement I take now MAJORLY helped get my spark back (along with these things.)
These are my 5 starter tips on getting your spark back! That being said: Do some reflection on your job/career. Once you start doing something new or learn a skill, you may open doors you never knew were there. Step 3 will help you with this; Money is great- its an important tool, but if you aren't using it as that, then you are going to work yourself to death.
Nothing beats time with your family. Sit down and come up with a plan to stack money away, invest, or even create a business while your family sleep. You will never regret building a life you can enjoy with them. Its not easy.
DM me if you want help or for elaboration on these steps. Happy to help! - T
Brother, stumbled upon this. Not by accident but through God. I can tell you’re a humble man that the Lord watches over. Keep doing what you’re doing. To answer your questions simply, there is never a reason or need to put anything above God. Putting him first will always improve your life and your business exponentially. God is good, all the time. Do everything with God. Continue to go to Him first. Even treat him like a business partner and have conversations with Him. Keep going bro, God Bless ❤️🤝
Ah yes, but he never truly doubted the resurrection. He was very loyal, and was holding out for the same evidence the other apostles received, which was his reappearance! The apostles saw Him and he wanted to see him too. Shame that he gets called a doubter.
In my note above, I’m speaking to something a bit different: blessed are those who believe in Him, without needing evidence, or proof to believe at all. Thomas believed, he just wanted to see him I think.
@_masterinvestor brother, I’ve been a big fan of the MM podcast for some time now and appreciate the free ball! I used to work in asset management, and now work in plumbing. The trades have been a reoccurring topic on the show- please let me know if I can be a resource at all for you.
Morning.
Imagine Jesus carrying a 300+ lb cross up to calvary, beaten, intestines exposed, beard ripped from its follicles, and the only thing He had on His mind was you.
No one will ever love you, the way He does.
