@_mcameron44 Lost my dad to this awful disease last year. Thoughts are with you Mike. One of the hardest things is how rough the treatment is, how poor the prognosis is, how short the time is, and how hard it is to diagnose. It's the 10th most common cancer, but 3rd highest death rate.

Regardless of what happens tomorrow, this has been a really fun season to be a Mariners fan and gives me a lot of reasons to be excited about the future.

Won the West, Cal, Julio, Naylor (please re-sign), Palonco’s two homers, the Robles catch, Ichiro HOF…so much fun.

That said, if they do lose I’ll spiral into a deep darkness of which I may or may not emerge.

But in a more objective moment right now, what a year.

@Softykjr Unfortunately, completely agree with Hugh. We need to turn the page and move on if he won't play for the last year of the existing deal. The options aren't good but we'll be better off long term taking 1 year of terrible with Sam Howell or someone else than extending Geno.

@BrockHuard Poll choices should be changed. The problem is a talent gap at offensive line. It's not coaching, so I did not vote for Grubb and Huff. We just need better players at OL. Fix that and this is a clear playoff team.
