@BabereCity The president is just there to present a facade of democracy in order to trick the people that they actually have freedom and a role in the govt. In actuality the so called democratically elected politician doesn’t do shit while the supreme leader does whatever he wants.
@HumansNoContext Person B is dead.
A is floating, which means he has oxygen in his lungs to keep him buoyant, while person C is grasping the book. Additionally, person A has his drink spilled on him without him moving.
@37TechnoShaman@iluli_eu Single base damages, or otherwise known as point-mutations, include the insertion or deletion of a single base pair in double stranded DNA. This would mean the pair AG would be replaced with CG. This changes it's interpretation resulting in a different complementary protein.
@37TechnoShaman@iluli_eu It would be physically impossible for a purine, such as guanine, to bind with another purine like adenine due to spacial restrictions.
@37TechnoShaman@iluli_eu Purines always bond with pyrimidines via hydrogen bonds following the Chargaff rule in dsDNA. Each bond follows Watson-Crick base pairing rules. Hence adenine specifically bonds to thymine forming two hydrogen bonds, whereas guanine forms three hydrogen bonds with Cytosine.
@37TechnoShaman@iluli_eu A mutation is the change of a DNA sequence of an organism, not the basic base pairs. In every organism, adenine pairs with thymine, and guanine with cytosine. A mutation would be putting the pairs in different orders resulting in a different complementary protein.
