@TheRealEstateG6 Are you taking into account you will probably have to deal with a lower class of tenants and the problems and expenses that come with those tenants?
No, YouTube isn't shadowbanning your channel.
I see so many YouTubers complaining about being shadowbanned or the algorithm treating them unfairly.
Here are the reasons why you might think this, and how to solve the problem:
1. You've uploaded many videos and none of them have gotten many views.
You have to understand that YouTube's only goal is to keep viewers on the platform as long as possible.
How do they do it?
They show quality content that people actually want to watch.
You might get a few dozen views on your videos, but if your topics and stats are bad YouTube won't bother showing your videos to more people, so your videos will die and you'll think you're shadowbanned.
Make sure you make videos on topics that interest people and pay attention to the quality of your videos, work on your titles and thumbnails.
2. Your videos get off to a good start but never really explode.
Your videos just aren't good enough.
The algorithm tests your videos by showing them to a larger and larger audience. But if by showing it to more people your stats become very bad, then YouTube will stop promoting it.
The only solution here is to work on making better videos, to increase your AVD and have a higher CTR.
3. Your channel made views and now it's dead.
You may have had one or two videos that have been age restricted.
When this happens (I've experienced it), it tends to have an influence on your channel's momentum.
Make your content more community guidelines friendly and you should be fine.
4. Your channel exploded very quickly and you're not getting any more views.
This is a problem I was recently made aware of.
Channels that have just been created quickly explode and then "die".
Explanations for this are still unclear, but maybe YouTube thinks it's botted and prefers to kill the channel's momentum.

Was gonna sell it for $198
