You have failed to delivery my parcel & no one at any level accessible to me from your teams has helped. They have all been extremely rude & lied to me.

@AmazonHelp They said I have given the OPT to the driver which is absolutely false. I have my phone number to them over door phone for redelivery but it hasn’t been delivered. No one will help me so far because this seems to be a blind spot in the system = I’m down £800 and without product
