love it when my employer has a record setting year in profits, yet can only give me a $0.46 raise for my review. Despite me saving my location over $10k last year and so far this year just over $6k in repair and maintenance costs. And max pay is well below the average for my job

@Sleepyheaddx If they stick with this they need a way to have a step further to how it currently is for people that have the stalkers or situations that you are sayin to completely block someone. But I would just keep it like it is... I can see both sides of this and how it would help or hurt

@Sleepyheaddx I can see the dangers in this for people in your situation with stalkers, and such. But it would have benefited me in a personal instance I had happen, where an ex was slandering me and posting my bank information on here, wouldn't have known if I didn't have someone tell me.
