Golf rules are about intent; no intent to move the ball, or to deceive no penalty.

@RogerSteeleJr @marks_gav Okag I’m just gonna correct you on something: “city owned” does not mean “free access”. If they are charging for it, that means it is not likely taxpayer *funded* it is for income generation. Other things like playgrounds and tennis courts are free for all. Golf is not.

@GolfDigest I want a team format and I think it’s doable. Would have to be similar bracket style tournament to say, basketball. I think a large team would favour the US too much but a smaller, say 4 man team would be anyone’s game. Just look at the top 6 this year - 6 different flags.
