@SoxMach_pnoles Couldn’t agree more. This isn’t a solution to RF. It’s an issue and contradiction to the message you are trying to send about creating a white sox way… this isn’t the guy to be a part of that.
@barstoolWSD My brother is a braves fan and they will be in town… unfortunately I made his son a white sox fan… legitimately the worst thing I’ve ever done as an uncle.
@Chicago_History The Sox 05 championship is overlooked because of how good they performed. It causes people to discredit how good the 05 Astros (rotation of pettite, Oswalt, Clemens… wtf) , and Red Sox were (who swept the cardinals in the ws in 04). Cubs would not have beat those teams either.
@sabia_stephen If anything, the Sox 05 championship is overlooked because of good they performed. It causes people like you to discredit how good the 05 Astros (rotation of pettite, Oswalt, Clemens… wtf) , and Red Sox were (who swept the cardinals in the ws in 04).
@_alphalion_ 92 studies on the dad destroyer stack or 92 studies unrelated on individual ingredients… cause that’s some serious spin if it’s that latter
@BaseballValues So how does it handle prospect values? Because right now @JimRileyLive is acting like a prospect who has never played (Spencer Jones) has more value than Dylan Cease, a guy who hasn’t missed a game in 2 years and was the Cy young runner up in 2022.
@BaseballValues the trade tool is fun… but is there really no way to make it more accurate? Maybe divide Career war and pro seasons? I mean look at this shit:
@mikedeportes@jonmorosi@JonHeyman@Ken_Rosenthal lol I can’t wait for the Yankees to get him for 30M a year and those walks to catch up… then realize Cease would have cost 8M this year and a guy blocked by judge who’s recovering from UCL.
@ChiSoxFanMike @vinnyc52 This is the point I made too. Cease’s value can go down if the Orioles realize they are the desired team and remaining team. Sure dodgers and others could still be interested, but if the need is gone, the willingness to part with the high demand will be too.
