Let me ask fans this, if the pitch was 100 at your face, even in this playoff/tie game situation, you are telling me you would have wear it to your grill to tie the game? That you would have the time to process that information and make that decision?

The answer is no. Not one human would do so, ever. He reacted because he was trying to hit, not trying to get drilled. No matter where the pitch was or what type. It’s a human reaction to flinch when you are almost hit by something.
