SpiceJet says to contact Paytm, while Paytm says SpiceJet must initiate the refund. I’m stuck betwn both with no resolution. Refund urgently.

@MyntraSupport needs to fix this. It shows 30–70 min delivery before payment, but after paying, the date changes to 2 days later. No delivery agent contact, so you can't reject while it's out for delivery, your money is stuck. Customer support even disconnects calls. #Myntra

What I ordered vs What I received also received dead cold as @toing_it @SwiggyCares could not assign delivery partner sooner, I asked the cancellation but they kept asking to get the order and when delivered were not helping with wrong food and cold food, it was not eatable.
