@flyspicejet - Team, my flight from Pune to Jaipur has been rescheduled thrice and at the counter I’ve been told it will mostly be cancelled. I’ve told them to cancel the ticket, I need the confirmation and individual pnr for cancellation.
After waiting on hold for 55 minutes with SpiceJet support, I was told they cannot see any cancellation in the system, even though your own staff at the counter processed it. They refused to cancel since now after 4.5 hours of delay they said I called late?
@JioCare Team, don’t you take customer confirmation before marking an issue as resolved? It seems you’ve closed it internally among yourselves w/o checking with the customer. The customer has been following up for a resolution, yet it’s been assumed as resolved without any conf, how come?
@JioCare@reliancejio - I raised a complaint about my broadband connection 3 days ago, but there’s still no resolution. Could you please look into this and have it resolved at the earliest? It’s causing significant inconvenience.
@JioCare No issue is addressed, not a single engineer visited on the chosen slot by us. Do you think of the issue had been resolved, I would be writing to you? Isn’t it obvious the issue has not been resolved from a week? I am just asking how much time does it take, a month?
@JioCare I’m sure Priyanka your team is working very diligently on the issue and hence its taking more than a weeks time to provide any update. I just need an update if its such a huge issue, I might consider changing my internet provider :)

There doesn’t seem to be any point in booking slots if they aren’t being followed.I had selected a 5–6 PM slot, yet the technician arrived at 10 AM when I wasn’t available. It’s been nearly 4–5 days now,and there’s still no resolution. Could someone please assist with this?
