I can't believe it has resulted to this, but I need to publicly call out @google for their absolutely horrendous @AskWorkspace support. The chat support agents have no autonomy to help customers and there is no way to reach anyone with the authority to do anything!

I've been promised call backs 'within 24 hours' 4-5 times now and haven't received one. And then each time I need to start the entire process of explaining my issue over and over again each time to support agents who can't do anything. What a waste of energy, resources and time!
