@FedExHelp Update: 30 minutes of DMs later, and I've now been asked if I have a support case number and told I haven't submitted any requests to hold this package. I'm LIVID and can't get connected with anyone to create this support ticket number thing they now apparently want?!

I have submitted TWO phone requests and an on-line request that my @FedEx package be held for pickup. Today, I got a THIRD door tag letting me know it wasn't delivered. Best part? I have been HOME for two of the three deliveries, and no-one bothered to use the call box.
