@SonyaSmith@VodkaPundit@chasrmartin@FedEx The current CEO is closing Express stations left and right. He’s using 3rd party contractors (Ground division) for the majority of deliveries now. People who aren’t actual employees with no regard to service or any loyalty to the company. That’s the problem.
@VodkaPundit@dennisoneil@FedEx It’s the new CEO. He merged the Express and Ground companies and kicked out 75% of the Express employees. Express always had higher standards but the ground people are 3rd party contractors who receive no benefits, no overtime and can set their own rules. Service is now awful.
@Samantha_SN1 This would require thousands of drones in the air, all at one time. Due to package weight and size, a drone will not be able to replace a driver. Most routes deliver 100+ stops per day.
Mainly it’s because their current CEO aggressively cut driver positions there. They don’t have enough people to do the work (that they KNEW was coming) due to incompetent executives who trimmed the muscle instead of the fat. It’s like this all over the country.
Dear @FedEx I paid for 2 day delivery... I paid an extra charge to have my package in TWO FUCKING DAYS. You tell me why it's been a fucking week.... And then, tell me how much money you're going to return to me for your fucking in-ability to move a box from one place to another.
@GuyTalksFinance Demand for FedEx is down. This is what happens when they kick long term, loyal employees out the door in favor of 3rd party contractors.
FedEx’s product is service. That product has been suffering for a few years and only getting worse.
@FedEx
Mayday! Mayday!!!
Your company underperformed because of your incompetent C.E.O.
Demand is down because of your sub-par service. I told you so.
#fedex#fireRaj
Look everyone, #FedEx hires violent convicted felons to handle your valuable shipments. This is what Raj, the CEO, has brought company standards down to.

FedEx confirmed Thursday evening that the woman accused of murdering an Orange Mound fast food employee after a dispute over a food order was employed by the company before Monday's deadly shooting.
At last check, Monica Williams, 45, remains at large. https://t.co/HvmozPlPPI
Maybe if enough high-profile people share their bad experiences, #FedEx will rethink their current business model so they can hire better quality workers.
@FedEx GROUND practicing his 3 pointers with customer boxes. This went on for several minutes before I recorded him. Great plan, Raj.
@danawhite#stlouis
Threw a 37 year employee out of the building, along with hundreds of others with no advance warning.
Hey @fedex, remember “People Service Profit”?
What a disgrace. People deserve to be treated better than this.
