Danelo Cavalcante has escaped the perimeter overnight once again & fled to N. ChesCo. His last confirmed sighting was near Phoenixville, PA.
Authorities have also confirmed that he's altered his appearance & stolen a white refrigerated van from Bailey’s Dairy in West Chester, PA.
Cavalcante was seen in surveillance footage now clean shaven, wearing a yellow/green hooded sweatshirt, black baseball cap, green prison pants, and white shoes.
The stolen vehicle is a 2020 White Ford Transit van with the PA license plate number of ZST-8818.
