There were some – let's say, interactions between the EAKs. The bottom line is that we lost a few scientists, some support staff, and one of our Fortune Hunter trainees. They will be missed.

The fragmenting of so many EAKs at one time was destructive, but we have learned so much from observing this interaction. Our mission is in no way compromised. In fact, we are moving forward with more energy than ever before.

The EAKs all split into four separate fragments. They split along identical lines, so a fragment from one EAK is identical to a similar fragment from another. The four parts of any EAK can be reassembled to create a new whole.
