hey @Ask_Spectrum - I swapped out the modem you guys previously provided me with a Netgear CM1100, successfully activated it, but are only seeing ~25mbps speeds on my 1,000gb connection. Is there a reason a new router wouldn't get full speeds right away?

@spectrum @Ask_Spectrum Located in Indianapolis, @ATT just rolled in offering dedicated fiber lines while we have an oddly timed EXTREME drop in service quality via multi-sec response times & nearing double digit packet loss % over an hour. Is this why Spectrum is contractless?

@Ask_Spectrum Our 1000 mb (your TOP) line shows such a poor ping IMMEDIATELY once my connection leaves my house and hits your switches? Have had great service, but ATT literally just stopped by our house letting us know about dedicated fiber lines. Congestion/switch issues?

I have a client that I have to log in with:
1. a rotating network password
2. a 8 char alphanumeric pin
3. a rotating RSA token
4. auth into the app using a TOTP

It's a miracle I get in every time KNOWING the credentials. That's some security.
