@ACTFibernet Internet dead, chatbot dead, how do I raise a complaint??

[Shriraj @TheRajN9]

@IncomeTaxIndia Hi, my refund was credited today. Appreciate all the help. Thank you very much. It could be all been rectified through a grievance ticket itself, had the team handling it been conscientious. Anyways, I'm grateful to whoever looked into this 🙏

[Shriraj @TheRajN9]

@IncomeTaxIndia I can't see my failed refund in the 'Refund reissue' option. I raised a grievance ticket but they, just like the dashboard, are only checking the original ITR status instead of revised. I can see the failed return status in the 'View Filed Returns'. Pls help.

[Shriraj @TheRajN9]

@IncomeTaxIndia I received an official communication saying refund has failed and I can see in dashboard and refund reissue as well. But I am not able to select the bank account for refund issue. Its greyed out. Its validated and EVC enabled. Its the only account that I have. Please help.

[Shriraj @TheRajN9]

@IncomeTaxIndia Hi, is there any update on this? It's been more than a week and I haven't received any communication related to this. The refund reissue option still doesn't display failed refund.

[Shriraj @TheRajN9]

@IncomeTaxIndia Grievance no: 18835134
ITR no: 539477660300624 (revised)

Refund has failed to credit due to IFSC change (old account picked by system instead of new account nominated for refund). Reissue refund option says 'no failed refunds'. Pls rectify at the earliest. Thank you🙏

@ola_supports hi, it's been six months since i requested for my cancellation fee to be reversed but still no update. Shall I uninstall app at this point since i can't use it anymore?
Tldr: driver refused service due to online payment instead of cash n in-app refund threw error.

@motorolaindia where can I buy one fusion Plus right now? It's always unavailable in flipkart ☹️

[Shriraj @TheRajN9]

@ola_supports This is still not resolved. It's been more than a month.

[Shriraj @TheRajN9]

@ola_supports i'm not getting a refund, am I? 🤦
PS: pls add a 'driver refused ride cos he only accepts cash' in cancellation reasons. That's what I'm trying to claim refund here.

@MaxSheen2 @timesofindia The clues and the grid don't match. Ex. 21 across is a 9 letter word. Look at 21 in the grid
