Good point. May I add: we need to have cadre officers leading the force including DG post. Young officers I met on many occasions in J&K have combat ethos. It was treat meeting them - always eager to learn compared with army fellows who claimed to have all answers @amoli09

@PravinSawhney @amoli09 @AmitShah We had unconditional faith in you that the CAPFs will be given OGAS status in true spirit. But we were not aware that the IPS lobby was stronger than the Government itself. And the SC's orders are made a joke.

DOP&T द्वारा OGAS के स्पष्ट अनुदेशकों को भी दरकिनार कर पुरानी व्यवस्था को अक्षुण्ण रखने का आईपीएस अधिकारी पूरी जुगत लगा रहे हैं। कैडर अधिकारिय��ं का दुर्भाग्य यह है कि उनकी तर्कसंगत एवं जायज आवाजों को अनुशासन का कम्बल ओढा कर मौन रहने को बाध्य किया जा रहा है
