Pay medical interns. Interns can not offer their best services without affording the most basic needs such as food and shelter- can't pay rent. Whereas the union and MOH keep on deceiving us. We boycott work and camp at MOH until our dues are paid. #paymedicalinterns

@KenyanSays So unfortunate before Medical professionals used to get direct posting into various hospitals in Kenya now if you don't have money there is nothing you can do. The system is rigged for those who come from poor backgrounds EDUCATION is never the KEY. MONEY is.

If parliament passes that quality of care bill with those clauses that criminalise medical misadventures, then we shall go on strike until ALL hospitals have equipment, medicines,labs and ENOUGH NUMBER OF HEALTHCARE WORKERS!
This is not a threat,its a promise!!Healthworkers sacrifice so much to work in a broken system that it is annoying to even imagine that they are to blame for preventable patient deaths!!
