@SensCentral 57 looks like he’s rounding into form at the right time. Could have been a difference maker early in the season if he got the reps. 18 looks like the best player on the ice no matter who’s playing, night in, night out. Would like to see some tight D in the 3rd.

@EverydaySens I have to think now that the selection for the 4 nations is over, lots of players will be setting into their game instead of trying to Impress the committee. Not to say some guys were ever up for selection but it was for sure in their minds. Fellas looked settled last night.

@EverydaySens At some point, somebody needs to take responsibility for the slow start. I can’t name another team who consistently no shows for the first period of every game. Players, coaches, somebody needs to be woken up.

@SensCentral Painful. Hard to say 23 is dragging down 85. He looks like he’s in his own head. Everybody trying to do too much. Every goalie looks like a superstar playing Ottawa lately.

@SensCentral I have to think our number 1 goalie is playing through something because he looks like a solid 2 right now. On the bright side, I have to think all things improve with the return of Zub, pinto, and Perron. God speed fellas.

@SensCentral Slows starts. Every game on the road it seems we’re ambushed out of the gate. Peppered for the first 10 minutes. I love seeing the tough saves get made, but the soft ones are so deflating. Can’t lose the momentum 45 seconds into the period of every game.

Ottawa is clearly the better team and needs to show everybody. They have a history of playing down to the competition and this would be the perfect game for that. Ullmark needs to show up looking like the number 1. The big dogs need to show up. Keep it disciplined.
