@WestJet we were grounded in Calgary due to US customs closing at 5PM and the original flight from Paris being delayed because the team refused to take off on time and waited for 1 single person causing dozens to miss connections to the US

Not to mention the flight staff from Paris were extremely rude and inconsiderate when asking them any questions.

Regardless, we are now on our way to SFO via YVR but our flight is again delayed and runs the risk of missing a connection. I have NEVER had such a poor airline experience as this
