It can attack out out of hunger, protecting its cubs, protecting it's home range, or if it feels cornered. Also, yes, I would rather be mauled by a bear than potentially be tortured in unimaginable ways.

@nox_gm_ @Vesper_2005 Women choose the bear because we know how to avoid triggering it. We can figure out a bears motives for killing us. Conversely, a stranger is a lot harder to read and figure out their intentions. I would rather be mauled by a bear than potentially have a fate worse than death.

@forevercoco3 @Coinvo Tell me you didn't do any research before commenting without telling me. The bill addresses legal issues related to surrogacy and parentage. Not in support of the LGBTQ+ community. It's also not trying to erase any specific gender words. It's just making stuff more simple.
