Being ignored is a huge trigger for me and almost always leads to a spiral. I’m not sure how to heal that without becoming completely indifferent and avoidant myself. That’s one of the reasons I’m hesitant to start dating again. Especially in the age of ghosting and “protecting peace” at the expense of others. If you need space, cool, say that but the silent treatment or full blown ghosting, I can’t deal with it at all anymore. It’s disrespectful and childish af.
