@TwitchSupport I already have. I've submitted multiple tickets. The first ticket I submitted through the live chat was closed even after the representative verified that I wasn't blocked or banned. My friend has even submitted a ticket on my behalf to try and get it fixed.

@TwitchSupport It's happening on mobile (iPhone 14 Pro) and on desktop (Chrome and Firefox). I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone. And I've tried 2 browsers as well as clearing the cache and cookies. I've even logged into an incognito window to try.

@TwitchSupport I have confirmed that I am not blocked, banned, or anything of that nature. I can also still type in their chat, further confirming that I am not blocked or banned. Twitch support has done nothing but send automated responses and closed 2 cases knowing it wasn't fixed.

@TwitchSupport I have a handful of cases that I've had to open because Twitch support has refused to fix the issue. I've ever had staff close out cases knowing that the issue isn't fixed. I cannot view, follow, or subscribe to my friend's channel. (1)
