Outlander season 8, so far.

BTW, William (Charles Vandervaart) actually does look like he could be the son of Jamie (Sam Heughan) and Geneva (Hannah James).

The question most asked by anyone who binges Outlander for the first time is “why has Sam Heughan not won a slew of Emmys and Golden Globes, etc. for his brilliant portrayal as Jamie Fraser?”

First, you must understand that awards are not based just on talent. They are based on promotion by the studio, and show execs.
Sadly, @STARZ , @SPTV and the execs of @Outlander_STARZ do not promote Sam for awards. Yesterday was another perfect example of this, IYKYK, and how they only promote his female co-star.
*The only exception to this was the first two seasons when they also heavily promoted Tobias.

This last season will not be any different. So just enjoy watching Sam’s iconic performance which made Outlander a worldwide phenomenon. No one can take that from him or from us.
